  • 5. Deploy
    At this stage, the SAP system goes live. We transfer data from legacy systems into the SAP production system. Then, our team tests and validates roles/authorizations for all users and prepares a post-go-live support plan. This phase also includes end-user training.
  • 6. Run
    Our team resolves any remaining issues, finalizes integration with the SAP Solution Manager for operations, and offers go-live support. At this stage, the users and support team start actively using the new software.
